Hey,
I have no clue why I am banned. I didnt even have a warning? I didnt break the server rules. I raided at night once, one time at day with pre-announce. And the KOS I've made was as self defence.

Hello there Diedes,
I'm really sorry to hear you got banned, I have spoken to the admin that banned you and the accusations against you are as follows:
1. Raiding during the day WITHOUT declaring it
2. Kosing during the day and not during a raid. Had it been during an announced raid in the day there would be no problem.
3. I was told by a fellow admin you had already been warned against these actions and directed to our website to read the rules.
Now i do take into consideration you are new on our server but we do have rules to follow which are actively policed.
As i write this i am currently speaking to the other admins in regards to your case, i can assure you that if we do unban you any further abuse of the rules will result in an instant permanent ban with no possibility of appeal.
One of the things we are trying to do on this server is to create a fair and fun place for us to all play Rust far away from the grief that is the official server.
Taking this in to account i will be discussing your case with the other admins, please remember that you must play within the rules of our server or please find a server that has rules you wish to play within.
On a final note if you wish to suggest any rules we are always happy to hear from our members and will put any suggested rules to a vote on the forum so that you the players decide on how the server is ran.

We have discussed this between ourselves and we have decided to unban you.
However, we have done this only because of our good nature and our hope that now you know the rules you will not break them again.
This is intended as a friendly warning, if we find you breaking the rules again you will be permanently banned from our server.
Please read the rules carefully and go about your business within them as they are intended to give everybody a fighting chance.
